These are the specs for the new 13' which I could also do if it will work. I got the MB in anticipation of buying a Bass Station II (arrives in a couple days…can’t wait!), but have gone a little crazy buying delay pedals since then with the Behringer VD400 (and the CC300…I know, it’s Behringer, but they seem to be faithful clones of some classics for cheap), as well as an Akai Headrush E2 at blowout pricing. I’ve been scouring the net to see if there is some sort of mod for the feedback (like adding a trim switch), but it appears nobody has documented it if they’ve tried it. Glad to know it isn’t just my Memory Boy then. Nothing really gets out of control with the MF. Resolume Arena 5 Released & Avenue 4.5 Update Leave a comment Resolume just released version 5 of Arena and an update for Resolume Avenue, 4.5. The feedback also has a nice gradual fade in and decay and the drive sounds great too (even with 2 types of drive on the Sub 37 I find myself using the MF one cos it has it’s own character). The maximum fps starts about 150fps and drops to 120 fps. (The maximum fps start at 120 fps) When I do the same in 5.1.4 I have no problem. Just got the Moog one however, still within my 14 day return period, and though it has it’s limitations I think it’ll be the one to keep. When I use them for outputting in Arena 6 my fps will drop below 50 fps. I recently got the Memory boy deluxe 2nd hand and for some reason I prefer the sound of the regular memory boy. For the entire changelog please visit Resolume’s blog post regarding the update. Compared to the EHX pedals, would you say it’s a bit smoother or has a bit more range?įor sure, the Memory Boy was the 1st delay I had and you’re right, it sounds good but I always had it pretty much at the same settings with just a subtle amount of blend and feedback. The Minifooger Delay looks especially wicked. Just the same, I ordered one of those cheap Behringer analog delays for something a bit less wild. It has a pretty narrow sweet spot, but it is very sweet. I recently got a standard Memory Boy, and while I like it, I can’t turn the feedback knob past about 2 o’clock without getting into serious self-oscillation and noise. ![]() Really want a Moogerfooger delay but I can’t justify the price for a pedal especially after forking out for the Knas. I think I’ll probably sell the EHX Memory boy deluxe and the normal memory boy as I’ve recently got the MF mini delay which I like the sound of more despite the additional functionality of the EHX deluxe.
